Refunds
When I will get my money refunded after cancellation?
It will take at least 7-15 working days to refund the money back. But you don’t have to worry about anything as money is protected under the security of RG createx. The amount of payment will be transferred in the same account from which payment has been made.  
What is the time duration for getting back refund?
The transfer of funds is done through external sources like banks, payment gateways and external couriers i.e. cheques. The time duration for transfer through debit card/credit card/netbanking is 7-10 working days from the time we have received refund transfer request. The transfer of refund through NEFT/cheque will also take 7-10 working days from the refund initiation date.
I have paid in advance while purchasing the product, now how my money will be refunded?
Your money is protected under the security of RG createx. In the case of advance payment made through debit card, credit card or net banking, the amount will be refunded in the same account from which you have made the payment in the time period of 7-10 working days.
I paid on delivery, how would I get the refund?
If the payment is made on cash on Delivery mode, then money will be refund by a NEFT bank transfer to your bank account. Deliverkart will contact you for your bank account detail. A time period of 7-10 days will be needed for your money to be shown in your account.
What kind of details I have to submit for refunding my money through NEFT?
If you agree for receiving money through NEFT, then you will receive an email from Deliverkart customer support team asking for following things:

You can return a product to Delivekart, but only if you follow these given conditions:
